Evergreen is a centrally located oasis with generous living and private open spaces next door to a renowned golf course. The $25 million Evergreen Project involved project management services for the planning, design and construction of 40 high-end townhouses in the booming Norwest area. Working closely with the client, the design team and the builder we were able to successfully deliver a well-planned, high quality residential development. The project involved extensive authority liaisons to coordinate infrastructure expansion, public domain works and complex utility asset relocation/upgrade.
