Management of remedial works on behalf of multiple strata plans to rectify water ingress and flooding into 3 storey basement carpark. The Owners required the services of a project manager during litigation against the property’s original builder and then remedial works onsite.
Icon Project Management facilitated a tender process and supervised remedial works to relieve water pressure around the perimeter of the carpark and avoid further cracking of structural concrete slabs. The project was completed successfully achieving approximately $600,000 cost savings.
